Our products are manufactured under controls established by a quality management system approved by BUREAU VERITAS with the Quality Management Certification UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015, which endorses our design, manufacturing and distribution system of water-based paints.

PRODUCTOS DETERGENTES LA PALOMA, PRODEPA, adapting to the demands of Quality of an increasingly competitive market and its commitment to sustainable development, has a Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard UNE- EN-ISO 9001:2015.

The Board of Directors expressly states its total commitment to comply with the requirements of the customers, both statutory ones and inherent to our system and to improve continuously the Quality Management System in order to achieve compliance with the following objectives:

• To achieve maximum satisfaction of our customers, aligning the strategy of the company to reach this goal.

• Provide the organization with the necessary resources and means to fulfil the legislative requirements and prevention of pollution when developing our products / services.

• At PRODEPA, we consider quality as a responsibility that is assumed and shared by all the members of the company.

• At PRODEPA, we will establish the necessary means to improve continuously both quality and environmental system, in order to prevent non-conformities and environmental impacts associated with our activity, so we advocate the establishment of the objectives and goals that provide us a continuous improvement.

The Board of Directors guarantees through the distribution and explanation that its Quality Policy is understood and accepted by all the staff. It is available to interested parties and the assistance of internal audits verify that the quality system maintains its efficiency and adequacy.
